In Person

ABAA staff will review class selection and answer questions. Contact the studio to schedule an appointment (recommended), or come in during office hours.

This is our recommended method for new students.

Due to the current health concerns, in person registration is not being offered at this time.

Online

Set up or manage your account using our  Parent Portal.  ABAA staff will review and process your registration, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Online enrollment is our current recommended method for the best class selection and easiest enrollment process.

New students, please contact the studio to ensure enrollment in the correct level.

By Mail

Print your registration form, and mail it to the studio. Please include payment/card details or note that we should charge the card on file.

Discounts are routively available for cash/check payments! Check current schedules for details, and mail your cash/check payment to secure your discount.

Registration Fee must be received to finalize your registration and reserve your place in class.

New for 2020-2021 School Year: Reserve your place in class by paying your registration fee; tuition does not come due until September 1, 2020.

Payment Methods

Registration Fee payment must be received to finalize your registration and reserve your place in class. ABAA does not offer refunds on registration fee or tuition payments. Note that ABAA requires all accounts to have a card on file - if you would like to pay via cash or check, please ensure that your payment is received by the front desk before the due date to prevent your card being charged. Please see our Studio Policies for more information.

Automatic Payment

  • Debit Card (preferred) or Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, Discover)
  • Submit your card information online or in person and ABAA will automatically charge your tuition at your selected billing frequency

In Person or By Mail

  • Check or cash payments at the front desk
  • Submit your tuition payment to the front desk in person or by mail at any time prior to the due date
  • Make checks payable to Ashley Ballet Arts Academy

  • Discounts are available for early payment of YIF tuition via cash/check

  • Yearly tuition in 4 installments
  • Registration Fee due upon registration
  • Tuition installments due September 1, November 1, January 1, and March 1

  • Late fees apply to payments received after the first of the month. See our Studio Policies for more information.

Pre-Ballet Sessions

  • Registration Fee due upon registration
  • Tuition includes registration fee and class uniform (leotard, tights, & ballet shoes)

Summer Sessions

  • Full payment for all session(s) due upon registration
  • Registration fee applies for new students
